At Vapora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

1- The item must be unused and in its original condition

2- The item must be returned in its original packaging

3- Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items, opened diffusers, or products that show signs of use cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1- Used or opened products

2- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3- Items returned without original packaging


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

1- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vapora is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been sent to the warehouse or manufacturer for processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
